Quick February Update!

 Just a few quick, but important updates this month!

Starting today, the city of San Francisco has lifted the indoor mask mandate, and I wanted to clarify my policies going forward. Thanks for your understanding - these precautions have kept me COVID-free and allow me to avoid closure due to exposure.

  • I require proof of vaccination (& booster) for all services
  • I will continue to be masked for the duration of all services.
  • My medical-grade air purifiers continue to hum 24-7.
  • Please reschedule if you have ANY symptoms of illness, or have been exposed.

Front Door Access

  • As some of you know - the front door access panel has not been functioning at 100%
  • You can still dial *83, but Tuesday through Friday, when the security guard is at the desk you can also dial #67 and he will buzz you in from the desk.
  • Of course, you can always text me and I'll pop down to get you! Hopefully, the whole system will be replaced soon. Thanks for your patience with this!

Retail Price Increase 2/18
Due to increased costs from suppliers and vendors, there will be a modest price increase for some retail products. This goes into effect on Friday, so head over to to stock up before then!

I am really excited to be announcing the launch of Memberships. I think this is a great way to prioritize yourself (and your face) for 2022 and save money while doing it! Memberships will replace packages going forward, current packages will be honored for their 2-year term before reverting to the cash value.   • Members-only product sales twice a year for Priority members, once a year for Maintenance members.
  • Priority booking. Book appointments up to a year out!
  • Doing a specialized series, like Microcurrent, Peels, or SWiCH? Get a complimentary “pause” on your membership while you do the series.

Can I share a membership?

Sorry, memberships are for individuals only. You can, however, “gift” a limited number of treatments each year. (See The Fine Print below)

Do I have to start in January?
Nope. Your membership can start on any day of the year and will go for one year.

What if we go into lockdown again?
If that were to happen, all memberships would be put on “pause” until reopening is allowed.

What if the appointment time I want isn’t available?
Appointments are subject to availability (first come, first served) which is why I recommend a standing appointment. I will only be accepting a limited number of memberships to ensure high-demand times are available to members.

What if I already have a package?
Current outstanding packages will be honored for 2 years from the date of purchase (as they always have been) before returning to the cash value. Just reach out if you’d like clarification on your package expiration date! 

How do I sign up?
Just let me know at your next appointment and we’ll get you signed up!

The Fine Print

  • Appointments are subject to availability. I highly recommend a standing appointment!  
  • Appointments are subject to my 48-hour cancellation policy - no shows or cancellations inside of 48 hours will be considered a redeemed appointment.
  • Can’t make it in? I get it, life happens. Priority members can “gift” up to two treatments (Maintenance members can “gift” one) to anyone you wish. These treatments must be booked and performed before the expiration/renewal date of your membership. Inside of 48 hours, a treatment cannot be “gifted”, unless they take your originally scheduled slot.
