July/August News and Product Updates!

 I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! This month it's all about product. There are some formula updates and new additions, all detailed below.

I've got two conferences coming up in the next 6 weeks. I'll be at the International Congress of Esthetics in Long Beach in August in support of my new book Skinthesis. Then in early September, I'll switch back to student mode for some advanced education at the Face & Body Conference in Sacramento. Both are quick trips, but note the posted banners in my shop, as online orders will be delayed a few days when I'm away! :)

Updated Formulas!
Two updates on a couple of very popular products making them even better! These new formulas will rotate in as soon as this week, as my current stock turns over.

• Mandelica
  Now with Glutathione and Allantoin!
  Both of these ingredients bring a lot to the table. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant, helping cellular defense and lowering inflammation. Allantoin softens and moisturizes skin, while it also soothes and protects. These wonderful additions elevate this AHA serum to the next level.
   
• The Serum
  Three new additions to my most popular serum. Please note the texture and feel of the product remain the same, but there is a slight change in color with the new formulation.
  CollRepair™ (Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Niacinamide) is the first anti-glycation ingredient to prevent and remove existing glycation. Improves elasticity, and corrects yellow skin tones (sallowness).
  DermCom (Crocus Chrysanthus) is a cell-to-cell communication plant extract. It enhances dialogue between keratinocytes and fibroblasts to rejuvenate texture and firmness.
  Deglysome® (Hypnea Musciformis)  A firming red algae protects and restores elasticity and firmness, and transforms dull, stiff skin for improved resilience and youthfulness.

Biome Balancing Serum Tips
The response to the new Biome Balancing Serum has been overwhelming! I'm sending along usage instructions with every order, but here are a few tips on getting the most out of this groundbreaking product:

• Be sure to shake very vigorously before use to ensure the microbes are dispersed evenly in the product.
• The dropper is incorporated into the bottom of the bottle, press very gently so you don't overuse it.
• Less is more with this one. 3-4 drops is plenty.
• Disperse drops into palm, then use your finger to dab around the desired areas and blend and pat in. Avoid rubbing hands together to apply, we want those microbes on your face, not on your palms! :)

My favorite candle company introduced some new scents in their Seven Seas collection. All of them give me vacation vibes! This woman-owned company donates 10% of all revenue to charities dedicated to ending human trafficking, so it's an indulgence you can feel good about.
