 Happy Spring!

There's a lot of product news! New offerings and more packaging updates. Just a reminder that all my Circadia products are switching over to the (fabulous) new look. All the great formulas remain the same. The transition should be complete in the next 8 weeks or so. Please also take note of the new minimum for free shipping. Unfortunately, both USPS and UPS have raised rates due to inflation and rising transportation costs. As always, if you have questions, you know where to find me!

It was a long time coming, but the new Biome packaging has arrived! It is now in a glass dropper bottle. No more drips! So much easier to use, same amazing product, same price.

New Shipping Minimum Order
The minimum order for free, first-class shipping will now be $100. I have been holding off, but rates have gone up across the board due to inflation and higher fuel and transportation costs. You can still schedule a free in-office pickup, Tuesday through Saturday, or grab what you need at your next appointment!

I hope by the time I send this, it has stopped raining! (I know, I know, we need it.) It's actually a great reminder of how spoiled we are here in the Bay Area.  Somebody, please tell Olive! 

The year is off to a busy start. It feels like months ago I went to Circadia Connect in Las Vegas (it was great!), and I just completed some additional training in Oncology Esthetics with Christine Clinton and Joanne Berry from Clinton Cancer Care. I did a quick post about it here. It was a great refresher, and very interesting to learn some new things in a field that has definitely progressed since my certification with Oncology Spa Solutions several years ago! It's very important to me to be able to provide safe and effective treatments for everyone! 

The big news is the Circadia rebrand!! You can read all about the changes (and a special offer) below. I hope to see you soon in the treatment room!

A New Look for Circadia Packaging!
You'll notice an updated look to Circadia in the coming months!

• Same clinical formulas, elevated retail look
• Improved packaging and droppers (woohoo!)
• There will be a few name-changes and a couple of new functional mists added to my lineup! I'll announce these all here and on socials as they happen.
• As I am itching to get the new packaging on my shelves, there will be an in-office only promo on my remaining stock. What a great reason to get a facial!

Online Scheduling Window
My online booking software currently schedules out 30 days ahead of time. Clients rebooking post-treatment and those with standing membership appointments still have access to further-out appointments. I want to be sure clients who re-book post-treatment have first-dibs on my openings! If you don't see the time you want, be sure to utilize the waitlist from the online booking page.

Formulation Refresh!
The Foaming Facial Refiner ingredient deck will be changing slightly with my next restock. If you want a sample, just let me know at your next visit, or put it in the notes with your next order! You'll notice a slight color change and a fresh minty scent!

I know resolutions are not everyone's thing, but I do love planning and goal-setting for the New Year. Call it the "fresh-start effect", but ushering in a new year always feels full of possibility. There's just something about wrapping everything up and looking ahead.

With that in mind, I've decided to do a fun promo this year, the Routine Reset! It's a time-based package of 3 Customized Facials for the first few months of 2026. A great way to kickstart your 2026 routine, or give you a push to get back on track, with accountability built right in! Both the fine print and how to take advantage are listed below.

I'm traveling to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks to attend Circadia Connect, the brand's big annual educational event and gala! I'll be getting my education fix with both product knowledge and business content. Going, Going, Gone! Product Closeouts/Replacements
Just a reminder, a few products are phasing out, and some new ones are stepping in!  If you see a favorite below, I'd grab it now as I won't be reordering any closeouts once the stock is gone.

• Rich M Cream will be replacing Calming Bio-Lipid Repair Creme, and Saffron Meristem Cream (Sold Out!)

Out-of-Office Dates

• I'll be out of the office at my conference from Friday, January 16, through Thursday, January 22.
• Place orders by 2:00 PM PST on January 15th to ensure they ship before I go!
